PHASE ONE:

INITIAL DISCUSSIONS

  • Discuss your vision, style and size of home, preferred location and budget.

PHASE TWO:

IDENTIFY LOT

  • Work with you to identify the perfect lot if you do not already have one lined up.
  • Finding the right lot in an ideal location is critical and we do not rush to start building on just any site – we use our expertise of the Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow and surrounding Dallas areas to ensure you are building in a premium area that will appreciate in value over time and will accommodate your vision.


PHASE THREE:

DESIGN

  • Collaborate throughout several sessions and conversations to further understand your vision for the design, features and key elements of your home.
  • Transfer your ideas to paper by working with our architects to sketch out the initial design concept for both the exterior and interior.
  • Collectively develop the initial plans through several iterations until we have perfectly captured your vision.


PHASE FOUR:

BUILD

  • After finalizing the plans, it’s time to start building. We will remain in constant communication to make selections for flooring, appliances, cabinetry and more.
  • You can expect to see us at the job site each and every day to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and is tracking according to plan.
  • During the Build phase, we will continue to propose several new ideas and drawings versus what was included in the initial plans to offer a truly customized and flexible approach – we believe this is what differentiates us from others.

PHASE FIVE:

MOVE-IN

  • After construction is complete and your home has been furnished, we carefully inspect every inch and apply any finishing touches to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Following your complete satisfaction, it’s time to turn over the keys so you can move into your new home.
  • Unlike most design-build processes, the relationship does not end here as we will remain accessible for anything you might need.
